The South West Coastal Path is 630 miles long and covers the wild and rugged stretch of coastline from Minehead in Somerset to Poole, Dorset. Some venture out to cover this whole stretch in 6-8 weeks while others take it more leisurely and embark on small sections for a day, a weekend or an afternoon. This path has inspired artists, writers, poets and makers over the years and is very much a national treasure.
The Wilderness delft collection was inspired by the wild side of Cornwall depicting scenes of hiking the coastal path, foraging, rockpooling, canoeing the hidden creeks and capturing moments of playful otters and starling murmurations. Each illustration has been consciously designed and painted.
