A Welcoming Space to Choose Tiles
Our Monmouth showroom reflects how we work — considered, welcoming and thoughtfully curated. It’s an intimate space designed to help you focus, explore and compare tiles without feeling overwhelmed.
We take the time to understand your project, offering practical, honest advice to help you choose tiles that are both beautiful and built to last.
If there’s a particular tile you’d like to see, let us know ahead of your visit and we’ll ensure it’s available. You’re also very welcome to drop in.

Design Support
Choosing the right tiles is about more than practicality — it’s about creating a space that feels right for your home.
We offer personalised design support within our showroom, along with intuitive virtual tools that help you visualise ideas clearly. Our team can guide you through colour palettes, layouts, finishes and grout options, helping you create a beautiful design.
Whether you arrive with a clear vision or need a little inspiration, we take the time to talk things through — ensuring you feel confident at every stage.
Using our virtual room visualiser, we can create mock-ups of your space with your chosen tiles, allowing you to explore different styles, patterns and layouts before making any final decisions.

Skilled Installation
We offer professional local installation to ensure your tiles are fitted to the highest standards.
Sam and our experienced installers take care of every detail with precision and care, bringing your ideas together with a clean, considered finish.
If your project requires more than tiling alone, we can coordinate with a trusted network of local trades — including plumbers, electricians, plasterers and decorators — making the process simpler and more straightforward.
From initial planning through to completion, we manage the details for you, offering peace of mind and a beautifully finished result.

Local Measurement
To ensure a perfect fit and flawless finish, we offer a local measurement service for all customers — whether you are choosing our installation service or purchasing tiles only.
For bathroom renovations or full home projects, we visit your property to take precise measurements, helping you select the correct quantity and most suitable tile styles for your space.
This personalised service ensures accuracy, reduces waste and gives you complete confidence before installation begins.

Frequently Asked Questions
You’re very welcome to visit our Monmouth showroom during opening hours without an appointment. You’re free to browse, take your time, and explore our tile collections at your own pace.
Our showroom is a carefully curated space, and displays change regularly. If there’s a particular tile you’d like to see, or you already have a good idea of what you’re looking for, we recommend getting in touch ahead of your visit so we can make sure it’s available.
If you’d prefer a private appointment — for more tailored design support or to discuss multiple projects — you’re welcome to book a visit at a time that suits you.
You can visit the showroom without bringing anything at all — many customers simply come in to browse or have an initial chat.
If you do have them, the following can be very helpful:
- Photographs of the space you’re working on
- Images of any sanitaryware, kitchen units, or soft furnishings you’d like to coordinate with
- Inspiration images for example, from magazines, Pinterest, or other homes
- Samples of existing materials, such as kitchen doors or worktops
If you already have measurements, feel free to bring those along. If not, you can email them to us later, or we can help arrange measuring support once you’ve narrowed down your tile choices.
Yes — we understand how important it is to see tiles in your own space and lighting. You’re welcome to take samples of any tiles you’re considering, and we simply ask that they’re returned to the showroom once you’ve made a decision.
We can also arrange for cut sample pieces to be delivered to your home at no extra charge. Alternatively, our team can bring a shortlist of your chosen tiles with them when visiting to take measurements.
We’re located on the High Street, so we don’t have allocated parking directly outside. However, there are several public car parks nearby.
The closest option is Glendower Street Car Park, which is just 2–3 minutes’ walk from us.
Other nearby options include:
- Cattle Market Car Park – approx. 5 minutes’ walk
- Waitrose Car Park – approx. 6–7 minutes’ walk
All are pay-and-display and well used for visiting the town centre.
Yes — our showroom is accessible via wheelchair, with step-free access throughout the space. There is seating available if you need to take a break during your visit, and visits are relaxed and unhurried, so you’re welcome to take your time.
If you have any specific access requirements or would like to check something ahead of your visit, please feel free to get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
We don’t hold tile stock at our showroom. All orders are delivered as standard via our storage unit in the Forest of Dean, where deliveries are carefully checked before being dispatched.
For smaller orders, collection from the showroom can be arranged once your tiles are ready, if you’d prefer to avoid a delivery charge.
If you’re unsure what applies to your order, we’re always happy to talk through the options and help you decide what works best for your project.
We install tiles supplied by us only. Once you’ve visited the showroom and have a clear idea of the tiles you’d like to use, we can arrange a measurement visit.
After measuring and once your tile choice is finalised, we can then provide an installation quotation. Installation costs can vary depending on the tile selected, layout, and any preparation required, so confirming the tile first helps ensure the quote is accurate.
If you’re unsure where you are in the process, we’re always happy to talk it through and advise on the best next step.
