Shipping policy

We aim to make delivery as straightforward and transparent as possible. The information below explains how your tile order will be handled.

How delivery works

Most tile orders are delivered directly from our trusted suppliers to your property.
In some cases, orders may be delivered to our storage facility first for inspection before onward delivery, depending on the product and supplier.

Delivery arrangements and any applicable charges will always be confirmed with you in advance.

Do you keep tiles in stock?

We do not typically hold large quantities of tiles in stock at our showroom.

Tiles are usually ordered specifically for each customer to ensure batch consistency and product availability.

Showroom collection (small orders only)

For smaller orders, collection from our showroom may be possible once your tiles are ready.

This is subject to:

  • Order size
  • Product type
  • Supplier delivery method

If you’re unsure whether your order is suitable for collection, please contact us and we’ll be happy to advise.

Delivery times

  • Standard tiles: typically delivered within approximately 2–10 working days
  • Made-to-order or specialist tiles: may take up to 6–8 weeks

Lead times can vary depending on supplier availability. We recommend checking current timings before placing your order.

If you require tiles urgently, please let us know and we will explore express options where available.

Delivery details

  • Deliveries are usually kerbside only
  • Drivers are not required to move goods beyond the delivery vehicle
  • Suitable access must be provided

Delivery is typically made on a pallet via a third-party courier.

Preparing for delivery

Please ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the delivery, or
  • Safe access is arranged in advance

Tiles are heavy and may require assistance to move once delivered.

Checking your delivery

Please inspect your tiles as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If there are any issues or visible damage, notify us within 3 working days where possible, so we can resolve this promptly.
